What happened last week?
Last week, the 38th GMIC dividend distribution and GREF monthly distribution were announced. The GMIC dividends for the second quarter of the 2022 fiscal year remained at $0.02/unit, and the GREF maintained its monthly payout of 0.5%.
As of March 31, 2022, Gentai Capital has managed GMIC for over 9 years, funding 602 mortgages totalling $770.08 million, successfully achieving the target annual return of 8.24%*, and consistently paying dividends (38 dividends + 2 special dividends) with total dividends paid of $ $54,056,411.
Since GREF was founded on June 1st, 2021, 0.5% distribution per month has been achieved. We have invested in 128 mortgages with a cumulative loan amount of $78.51 million, yielding a cumulative dividend distribution of $ 649,671.
